Desserts
All desserts are available at à la carte prices.
Travel Fee
A travel fee of $75 and up applies.
Custom
Packages
We're happy to create custom packages tailored to your needs.
Serving
Fee
A serving fee of $350 covers 3 hours, with an additional $100 per hour thereafter.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event.
Contracts
Contracts are required for all bookings.
Custom Cakes
The minimum order for custom cakes is $150.
Last minute changes
Changes to your order within 1 week of the booking date may incur a $25-$75 fee. Please be courteous and mindful.
Tastings
Tasting sessions are available for $100 for two persons, with additional plates at $50 each.
Rush Service Fee
Last-minute catering and dessert requests within 2 weeks of the event date, subject to availability, are subject to a $50-$200 rush service fee depending on the size of the order. This also applies for catering bookings on blocked off dates.
Supply Fee
Additional fees may apply for napkins, plates, and silverware. Please indicate your need for supplies when booking.
Corporate
Event Catering
Southern Spatula is proud to offer catering services for corporate events. All corporate bookings must be made through our website and are subject to our standard policies. Last-minute event requests or requests for events on blocked-off dates are subject to additional fees. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and delicious Southern cuisine tailored to your company's needs.
Late Arrival
At Southern Spatula Catering, we hold ourselves to high standards of timeliness and professionalism. In the unlikely event of our tardiness without prior communication, we are committed to working closely with our clients to devise a fair and satisfactory resolution that aligns with their expectations and ensures their happiness.

Conversely, should the client be delayed in reaching the venue and consequently hinder our setup process, please note that an additional fee will be applied to cover the extended service duration. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the success of your event.
Allergies
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, it is imperative that any known allergens or dietary restrictions be communicated to Southern Spatula Catering prior to confirming your service booking. In the event of an allergic reaction due to undisclosed allergens, Southern Spatula Catering cannot be held liable. Your cooperation in providing accurate allergy information is greatly appreciated as we prioritize the health and enjoyment of all event attendees.
